What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead inclusive, data-informed student support and accessibility systems that expand adult learners' access to career and economic opportunity.

I've supported more than 200 adult learners at 2U across degree and certificate programs at Northwestern University, Columbia University, and Arcadia University. I standardized coaching practices, built SOPs and operating calendars, and maintained Salesforce records to guide interventions and outcome tracking.

My work contributed to 100% term-over-term learner retention and an NPS of 51. I partner with faculty and program leaders to assess readiness, set goals, manage learner risk, and deliver individualized support in remote learning environments.

Previously at BetterLesson, I managed and developed more than 200 instructional and leadership coaches, built Tableau-based accountability systems, and improved learner satisfaction through data-informed instructional models and interventions. Targeted support improved satisfaction by 15 percentage points and NPS by 10 points within the first month of delivery.

My foundation is in special education, teacher development, and school leadership, including building a charter school's student support program and leading IEP teams. I'm committed to expanding access to career and economic opportunity through inclusive, mission-driven leadership.
