What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow customer success, implementation, or project management work supporting enterprise education partnerships, scalable adoption, retention, and executive stakeholder outcomes.

At The College Board, I manage a $9M ARR portfolio across 115 K-12 district and higher-education partnerships for SpringBoard, Pre-AP, and AP.

I support core curriculum implementations in large public school systems including Los Angeles Unified, Chicago Public Schools, and Houston ISD. I also helped launch Pre-AP’s initial cohort, building first-year implementation practices without an established adoption playbook.

I grew my book of business from $5M to $9M ARR, increased educator adoption by 40%, and helped lift gross retention from 60% to 88% through proactive customer success and health-scoring infrastructure in Vitally.

I advise district leaders through multi-year curriculum adoptions, lead executive business reviews, and turn program data into renewal recommendations. I’m also completing an M.S. in Project Management while leading AI enablement work for my colleagues.
