I am seeking a remote Customer Care/Customer Success role where I can combine technical liaison, CRM ownership, training, and leadership to improve client outcomes and operational workflows.

I am a customer-focused professional with 13 years of British Army service and 7 years of critical care healthcare experience, combining leadership, technical operations, and client-facing support.

I have led signals and communications teams, managed secure radio and IT systems, and translated technical requirements between developers and non-technical stakeholders. As a healthcare professional I delivered high-stakes care while maintaining detailed records and multidisciplinary coordination.
