I’m looking for a Marketing Operations / CRM role where I can own lifecycle data quality, build dashboards, and track conversion/churn KPIs—collaborating with sales and marketing to improve lead flow, retention, and growth in a fast-paced team.

I’m a Marketing Operations and CRM Specialist with 3+ years of experience managing customer data, optimizing lead processes, and supporting data-driven marketing strategies. I focus on making CRM information accurate, complete, and actionable across the customer lifecycle.

In my recent role at Affinicia, I managed high-volume CRM databases to ensure data accuracy and full customer lifecycle traceability. I monitored and analyzed KPIs like conversion, churn, and service quality, then supported retention and upselling through customer segmentation and data analysis.

I’ve also supported go-to-market execution by coordinating marketing operations across digital channels and aligning teams with measurable outcomes. As a Marketing Assistant and Marketing & CRM Assistant, I handled product data on Amazon Vendor platforms, supported performance reporting and campaign tracking, and built dashboards and reports to guide decisions.
