I’m a Junior Marketing & CRM Specialist with experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, and community management. I focus on customer-centric, data-driven work that connects customer experience metrics to marketing objectives.

At ADT Security Services, I monitored and analyzed customer satisfaction (CSAT) KPIs using Salesforce and Medallia to support decisions aligned with customer experience and marketing goals. I also led performance improvement plans for customer service agents, helping drive a 50% increase in CSAT within one month through tracking, structured feedback, and coaching. In addition, I conducted quality assurance audits of customer interactions and delivered daily performance reports.

Before that, as a Community Manager, I managed Instagram and Facebook presence to ensure alignment with marketing and communication objectives. I supported CRM and data analysis, maintained visual consistency, and created graphic and written content to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.

I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Communication, Marketing and Advertising at IED Madrid, and I’m especially interested in marketing, social media, digital content, branding, and community engagement. I bring a practical mix of analytics, customer experience thinking, and creative fundamentals (including Adobe design tools) to every project.
