What I'm looking for

I am looking for opportunities that foster innovation and allow me to lead transformative projects while enhancing team collaboration and productivity.

I’m an AI transformation and program leader with 20+ years of experience turning complex technology initiatives into business outcomes. My background spans enterprise technology, product delivery, program leadership, AI governance, and large-scale transformation, with a consistent focus on connecting strategy to execution.

At KPMG, I lead complex technology programs and work across business, technology, product, and leadership teams to move initiatives from concept through implementation. Throughout my career, I’ve led multidisciplinary teams, managed multimillion-dollar programs, introduced new delivery models, and helped organizations navigate the organizational and technical challenges that come with change.

My current focus is the rapidly evolving intersection of artificial intelligence, governance, and enterprise adoption. I’m particularly interested in how organizations move beyond AI experimentation and build AI capabilities that are useful, measurable, governable, and trusted.

I believe successful AI transformation is ultimately a leadership challenge as much as a technology challenge. Organizations need people who can connect AI capabilities with business objectives, governance requirements, operating models, and the people who will actually use the technology.

I’m also completing my MBA and continuing to explore the role AI will play in higher education, professional development, and the future of project and program management. Teaching, mentoring, and translating complex concepts into practical approaches have become increasingly important parts of my work.

My goal is straightforward: help organizations turn emerging technology into practical, responsible, and sustainable business capability.
