I’m a Production and Application Support professional with 4+ years of experience keeping mission-critical banking middleware and microservice applications stable, available, and performant in BFSI environments. I’m hands-on with incident, problem, and change management aligned to ITIL practices, and I focus on fast, reliable service restoration.
In my role with LTIMindtree, I deliver L2/L3 production support for ABSA Bank’s middleware services and the Branch Service Application (BSA). I monitor using Grafana and IBM Instana, run root cause analysis (RCA) for high-priority incidents, and partner with Development, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to implement validated remediation.
I also support containerized microservices on Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes across on-premises and public cloud, troubleshooting deployment, performance, and availability issues. From IBM MQ message flow monitoring to SQL/Unix troubleshooting and ServiceNow ITSM workflows, I bring disciplined operational ownership and clear stakeholder communication through every stage of resolution.
