At the L1 level, I monitor alerts in Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics, Datadog, and New Relic; review ServiceNow and Jira tickets; validate CPU and memory dashboards; and restart services through Linux when needed.
For L2 incidents, I analyze application logs, investigate API timeouts and database performance, run SQL queries, adjust configurations, clear backlogs, and monitor system stability after fixes.
At the L3 level, I debug code-level defects, perform root cause analysis, investigate heap and thread dumps, optimize performance, deliver patches through Git and CI/CD pipelines, and document incident outcomes.
