What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a production, application, cloud, or DevOps support role where I can lead incident resolution, improve reliability, automate operations, and collaborate with business, engineering, and vendor teams in a fast-paced environment.

At HCL Technologies, I support eight mission-critical Citi banking applications, maintaining 99.5%+ availability through continuous monitoring, start-of-day checks, and regional handovers.

I lead P1/P2 incident bridges across business, development, and vendor teams, using ITRS, ServiceNow, Splunk, and AppDynamics to reduce incident resolution time by 40% and downtime by 40%. I also manage batch operations in Control-M and Autosys, support IBM MQ and Kafka flows, and automate reconciliations with UNIX shell scripts and Oracle PL/SQL.

I coordinate production changes, deployments, migrations, RTB governance, SLA reporting, and release support across AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Terraform, and CloudFormation.

Previously at Ellorbit System, I supported Linux-based AWS production systems, built Python monitoring and alert-visualization tools, and improved MTTR by 35%. I enjoy strengthening runbooks, KEDB documentation, and support practices while mentoring junior analysts in ITIL, automation, and Linux administration.
