I’m an Application Support Engineer (L2/L3) with 6+ years of experience in production support, incident management, and performance tuning across enterprise applications and databases. I focus on fast, reliable resolution through deep-dive root-cause analysis and disciplined SLA compliance, while keeping systems highly available.
