What I'm looking for

I’m looking to contribute to a dynamic environment where I can troubleshoot production issues quickly, own incident and release support, and continuously improve system uptime using SQL, monitoring, and Jenkins-driven CI/CD.

I’m a Production & Application Support Engineer with 1+ years of professional experience, focused on keeping production systems stable while improving reliability and performance. I’m comfortable troubleshooting, maintaining, enhancing, and implementing web-based and client-server architectures to meet SLAs.

I’ve supported investment banking domain applications across front/middle/back-office operations, with a strong emphasis on incident management, problem management, and release management using ITIL concepts. I handle error handling and troubleshooting by using various log files, and I communicate effectively with stakeholders on incident status and progress.

On the technical side, I use SQL and OracleDB/MySQL/MongoDB for database performance analysis, ad-hoc troubleshooting, and identifying root causes through query execution plans and execution/error logs. I monitor application health and performance with Kibana, ELK (Elasticsearch/Logstash/Kibana), and Grafana, setting alerts and notifications based on predefined thresholds.

I also contribute to CI/CD and release processes using Jenkins, and support deployment and migration activities for applications running on Tomcat and WebLogic. Working within AWS cloud environments, I coordinate triaging, vendor engagements, and troubleshooting efforts, while using ServiceNow and ticketing workflows (including Jira defects) to drive resolution and prevent repeated failures.
