At SmartDocs Business Solutions in Hyderabad, I manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through exit, using HRMS Keka.

I recruit IT and non-IT talent through headhunting, maintain DEI, support talent management and performance management, and help implement and communicate HR policies and procedures. I also collaborate on HR initiatives, employee workshops, events, and employee relations.

I've handled compliance and audit responsibilities involving ISO, SOC, and GDPR, supporting both internal and external audit work.

Earlier at KEN Institute, I generated leads, counselled prospects, closed deals across the Middle East, UK, and APAC regions, and ran email and video marketing campaigns. My work has been recognised with Best Outstanding Employee of the Year (2022) and Performer of the Year (2020).
