I’m looking for a role in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations where I can own end-to-end recruitment, support onboarding and compliance, and partner with stakeholders to deliver a great employee and candidate experience.

I’m an HR and Talent Acquisition professional experienced across recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations. I coordinate end-to-end hiring—from collecting job requirements and sourcing to screening, interview coordination, offer follow-ups, and onboarding support—while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

I’ve recruited for both IT and Non-IT roles across India and international hiring needs, including recruitment for the USA and Canada, and sourcing candidates for recruitment projects in Qatar. I maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases, and I support hiring managers and clients with communication around availability, salary expectations, notice periods, and hiring timelines.

Alongside talent acquisition, I handle HR operations like employee documentation & compliance, leave & attendance management, exit management and offboarding, and policy communication & implementation. I’ve administered HRMS tools including Keka and HubSpot, managed employee records for 200+ employees, and supported employee engagement activities, induction sessions, and HR policy queries.
