I’m a Business Operations and Customer Enablement professional supporting enterprise AI and SaaS solutions across global markets. I focus on turning opportunities into successful customer outcomes through strong CRM execution, stakeholder coordination, and customer readiness.

In my current role as a Customer Enablement Analyst at 47Billion Inc., I manage end-to-end CRM pipelines in HubSpot, Vtiger CRM, and KestrelPro. I qualify inbound and outbound opportunities and coordinate 3–4 enterprise demos weekly across the US, UK, Europe, Spain, Japan, and UAE.

I partner closely with business, product, and technical teams to support AI/SaaS customer enablement. I also prepare demo environments, dashboards, and proposals, and I maintain CRM accuracy while participating in weekly process improvement meetings.

Previously, as a Business Development Executive at Digital Stride, I generated B2B leads, managed CRM workflows, and supported onboarding and client presentations. I’ve also built communication and analysis skills through teaching and multiple internships across finance and marketing.
