I am seeking a sales operations or revenue-focused role where I can lead CRM-driven GTM initiatives, scale processes, mentor teams, and deliver measurable revenue and adoption outcomes in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

I am a sales operations and business strategy professional with hands-on experience across B2B SaaS, edtech, and e-commerce environments. I combine CRM implementation, GTM planning, and pipeline optimization to increase revenue and improve customer engagement.

At Ecom Edge I led strategic client demos and CRM initiatives that contributed to over 1 Cr+ monthly revenue and achieved a 30% closure rate while managing 50+ high-ticket accounts. Previously at TCS Digital and Capgemini I delivered product demos, stakeholder workshops, and ServiceNow enhancements that improved adoption and satisfaction metrics.

I have led go-to-market and outbound efforts for projects during my PGP, identifying thousands of prospects, executing personalized outreach to hundreds of accounts, and securing demo meetings and channel partnerships. I also founded and ran a campus-focused food startup, owning sales strategy, customer acquisition, and end-to-end operations.

I am committed to mentoring and community work, having served as General Secretary of a 1,100+ student engineering college and volunteered extensively with CSR initiatives through Tata Trusts.
