I’m an operations and administrative professional with 10+ years supporting business operations, executive coordination, customer service, and remote teams. I’m known for strong organization, proactive communication, attention to detail, and keeping multiple priorities moving toward completion.

Currently, I support a U.S.-based property management company in a fully remote role, coordinating maintenance operations end-to-end—from intake through completion. I manage calendars and appointments, handle vendor communications, maintain CRM documentation in LeadSimple and Rentvine, and deliver resident support while collaborating across leasing, accounting, inspections, and maintenance teams.
