I’m a Business Counselor who helps clients connect with the right services through proactive outreach, clear communication, and consistent follow-up. In my current role, I schedule Zoom meetings, cold call on a CRM with Simplii, and keep track of calls so prospects move forward with confidence.

Earlier, I worked as a Leasing Agent where I supported lead engagement, property interest, and appointment scheduling. I bring a customer-focused approach to property management and relationship building, helping clients understand next steps quickly.

I also have strong sales communication experience as a Sales Representative—handling inbound and outbound calls, callbacks, appointment setting, and phone-based initial contact. I focus on closing sales, objection handling, and maintaining smooth customer support from first conversation to deal completion.

Across multiple roles, I’ve consistently led teams and managed day-to-day operations as an Assistant Manager, with experience in leadership, task prioritization, and key performance indicators. I’m CPR certified and bring HIPAA knowledge, along with strong office, scheduling, and data accuracy skills.
