What I'm looking for

I'm looking to bring my bilingual sales, lead-conversion, and customer service experience to apartment leasing while developing property management platform knowledge and completing Fair Housing certification.

At Brownwood Hotel & Spa, I guide 40+ corporate and event inquiries each month from first contact through signed contracts. I manage tours, follow-ups, proposals, contracts, and CRM activity while keeping client needs and deadlines moving forward.
