I am seeking a customer support role where I can use strong communication and problem-solving skills, work with CRM/ticketing systems, grow into leadership, and contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced team focused on excellent service.

I am a motivated, adaptable customer support professional with hands-on experience in client interaction, ticket handling, and managing customer expectations. As founder and team lead of a student freelancing startup, I oversaw client communication, order management, and timely delivery for 50+ client requests.

My background in leading a small team sharpened my negotiation, conflict resolution, and multitasking skills while working under tight deadlines. I have practical familiarity with CRM tools, email and chat support, and basic technical knowledge in Python and Java.
