I'm looking to drive strategic planning, customer success or commercial operations, and cross-functional execution through data, automation, KPI reporting, and process improvement.

I've supported customer success, sales, and commercial operations at Optimizely, Dabur Bangladesh, Foodpanda Bangladesh, and other growth-focused organizations. I translate strategic priorities into measurable KPIs, processes, and coordinated delivery.

At Optimizely, I reconciled renewal targets through an ARR audit, resynced account ownership across the CSM organization, and helped establish the Digital Customer Success team. I also built automations across Salesforce, Gainsight, Clari, and NetSuite and standardized renewal policies.
