I’m looking for a dynamic global environment where I can lead key accounts, strengthen customer relationships, reduce churn, and drive revenue expansion using sales operations, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with clear ownership and growth.

I’m a results-driven Key Account professional with 8+ years of experience across sales operations, client relationship management, and business growth. In my current role as Key Account Manager, I manage end-to-end relationships with international clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term expansion through consultative discussions, upselling, and cross-selling. I coordinate with sales, operations, and delivery teams to support onboarding and successful project execution, while staying proactive as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.

Previously, I led senior sales efforts across international client accounts, managed CRM systems to track pipelines and performance metrics, and developed sales strategies to meet monthly and yearly targets. I also bring a strong customer lifecycle mindset from roles in marketing and customer relations—building integrated campaigns, supporting proposals/quotations and contract documentation, and using data analysis, KPI tracking, and forecasting to guide decision-making. I’m now focused on leveraging customer success and churn mitigation, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration to drive adoption, revenue growth, and operational efficiency in a dynamic global environment.
