What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and improve Salesforce, GTM systems, automation, data governance, and AI-enabled workflows for sales teams, with flexibility for remote or hybrid work.

At PatSnap Canada, I own Salesforce architecture, automation, and GTM systems supporting sales and SDR teams across North America and Europe. I led a sales-tech-stack revamp for approximately 110 reps, rebuilding CRM field architecture, governance, lifecycle automation, and integrations.

I led the migration from Outreach to Salesloft alongside an Orum dialer implementation, reconciling nearly 800,000 prospect records and recovering approximately 90,000 records that would otherwise have been orphaned. In the first 30 days of parallel running, Salesloft carried 47% of meetings booked and meetings per rep increased 29% across the cutover.

I build practical automation that improves how teams work. I created a ChatGPT Enterprise assistant from a 130-page Sales Handbook that reduced monthly RevOps case volume by roughly 25%, and redesigned inbound routing to enrich leads through ZoomInfo before assigning owners.

Earlier at PatSnap, I built Salesforce objects, dashboards, reports, onboarding workflows, forecasting inputs, and data-governance processes for global GTM teams. I also supported a centralized ERP migration at the Regional Municipality of Durham, validating data, resolving field mappings, and configuring Cisco calling and SSO integrations in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
