With enterprise experience at RBC Global Asset Management, I managed Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud configurations for a nationwide sales force. I automated reporting and data hygiene processes, served as the primary CRM administrator, and trained sales reps to maintain pristine data architecture.
