I’m looking for a role where I can own CRM and workflow implementations end-to-end, turn operational data into revenue-driving decisions, and partner cross-functionally to scale sales, customer success, and retention.

I’m an Implementation Specialist and Business Operations professional with 6 years of experience building revenue-driving systems, departments, and scalable processes. I translate data into actionable strategies that improve sales performance, retention, and operational efficiency.

In my current role, I lead end-to-end implementations and rollouts of multiple platforms across sales, operations, and field teams. I manage 8+ integrated systems, optimize HubSpot workflows, and build reporting systems that track KPIs and support leadership decisions.

I’ve also built functions from the ground up, including launching a Customer Success Management (CSM) department and a sales function focused on reactivating canceled customers. Across roles, I design process automation, lead cross-functional projects, and develop training libraries that reduce onboarding friction for distributed teams.
