I lead end-to-end implementations that integrate third-party systems and build custom applications to streamline business processes and improve service delivery.

My core strength is delivering platform outcomes across IT Service Management (ITSM), Configuration Management (CMDB), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and HR Service Delivery (HRSD). At ScienceSoft, I architected and optimized a CMDB with over 500,000 configuration items using Discovery and Service Mapping, improving incident resolution accuracy and root cause identification.

I’m also hands-on with scoped applications and reusable modules—using tools and practices like GlideScript and IntegrationHub to accelerate development and releases.
