I’m looking to lead strategic partnerships and travel platform growth—aligning marketing, product, and CX—to deliver data-driven acquisition, engagement, and retention across scalable member ecosystems.

I’m an enterprise travel executive with 20+ years of experience leading large-scale partnerships, acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies across complex, multi-channel organizations. I specialize in designing travel member ecosystems that become scalable revenue engines through lifecycle strategy, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional leadership.

Most recently, I led strategic initiatives across a $175M global membership ecosystem supporting 15,000+ agent advisors, delivering measurable improvements in acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue performance. I drove +10% YoY acquisition growth by repositioning value proposition and channel strategy, improved bookings/revenue by +11% through lifecycle redesign and onboarding optimization, and lifted retention by +4–6% through structured, personalized, data-driven interventions.

I also build and scale member-facing programs and platforms—designing and launching 200+ member programs that increased activation and participation, and developing onboarding and engagement frameworks that improved bookings and retention. In parallel, I expand supplier ecosystems and travel marketplaces through platform strategy, supplier integrations, and enterprise partnerships (including major travel and metasearch connectivity), while leading teams across partnerships, marketing, product, and operations to deliver sustained growth.
