What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an opportunity to join a fast-growing team in Salesforce pre-sales or business analysis, where I can build CRM practices, lead client transformation, shape sales strategy, and scale delivery capabilities.

I've led Salesforce practice, pre-sales, delivery, and business transformation work for global organizations including Thomson Reuters, Audi India, BMW, Singapore Airlines, Changi Group, Strides Pharma, and Akas Infusions. I have helped win global client deals worth over 100M and delivered CRM, Salesforce, and CPQ programs across APAC, the US, Europe, and the Middle East.

Most recently, I served as Director of Salesforce Practice at SRM Technologies, managing multi-million-dollar Salesforce projects, delivery operations, P&L targets, bid management, customer satisfaction, and team development. I have also led pre-sales, sales, and business analyst operations at E-comsos India and Jeevan Technologies for domestic, US, and APAC clients.

Across 23+ years in technology, I’ve built and scaled Salesforce practices, managed teams of 250–500+ globally, and delivered Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Einstein, MuleSoft, and Salesforce CPQ solutions. I enjoy working with customers to automate business processes, improve CRM outcomes, and turn business requirements into practical solutions.
