What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead end-to-end Salesforce CRM delivery—technical design, development, data migration, UAT, and deployments—while contributing to COE initiatives and mentoring teams.

I’ve been translating business requirements into technical design documents and leading the delivery of Salesforce CRM solutions at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), including technical UAT support, CI/CD-based deployments, and Change Set management.

Before that, at IQVIA (IMS Health Analytics Services), I developed scalable Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features with Apex (Triggers, Batch, Queueable, Future methods), LWC, Aura, and Visualforce—then took them end-to-end through data migration, go-live, and adoption support, while mentoring developers and contributing to COE proof-of-concepts.
