I seek an operations leadership role where I can implement CRM and PM tools, optimize processes, manage budgets/contracts, lead cross-functional teams, and drive measurable efficiency in mission-driven organizations.

I am a strategic, cross-functional operations leader with a proven record of streamlining processes, optimizing organizational systems, and aligning operations to strategic goals.

In my current director role I led strategic planning and process optimization, implemented CRM and project-management tools, developed budgeting and forecasting models, and improved vendor and contract management. I also designed hiring, onboarding, and performance-evaluation programs that increased retention and accountability.

My background spans consulting, K–12 instructional leadership, and regulatory environmental work, which enables me to combine data-driven decision making with stakeholder engagement and change management. I bring strong technical fluency with CRM and PM platforms and a focus on measurable operational gains.
