I seek a role where I can align operational strategy with academic impact, lead cross-functional teams, optimize vendor and logistics systems, and drive continuous improvement in a collaborative, student-centered environment.

I am a results-oriented Operations and Programs Leader with over seven years of experience improving performance in K-8 education systems. I combine classroom instructional experience with campus-level operations to design scalable systems that boost service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

I have directed daily campus operations for schools serving 450+ students and 60+ staff, managed vendor contracts across transportation, food service, maintenance, and IT, and implemented tracking systems that improved responsiveness and on-time performance. My background in classroom instruction and program development informs data-driven interventions and inclusive practices that produce measurable academic growth.

As a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and M.S. candidate in Management & Organizational Leadership, I focus on process improvement, logistics optimization, and cross-functional coordination to support academic goals and community engagement.
