I seek a data-driven operations or program leadership role where I can optimize workflows, build reporting systems, lead cross-functional teams, and drive measurable efficiency gains.

I am an operations leader with experience directing cross-functional teams, implementing process improvements, and leveraging data analysis to inform strategic decisions. I combine project management, KPI-driven optimization, and dashboarding to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.

With a background in education and sports operations, I have led compliance, training, and workflow design initiatives while building reporting tools in Excel and Tableau. I am pursuing an MBA with an emphasis in Data Analytics to deepen my analytical skill set and support scalable organizational growth.
