I’m looking to support customer adoption, retention, and long-term growth by managing onboarding and ongoing engagement, resolving issues, and building strong account relationships.

I manage the full customer lifecycle, from initial consultation through purchase, delivery, onboarding, and post-sale relationship management—connecting customer needs to the right solutions.
