What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote role in Customer Success or Customer Service where I can own retention, manage high-volume communications, and resolve escalations calmly. I’m energized by recruiting/enrollment and community outreach that relies on strong relationships, training, and clear scheduling.

I’m a customer-focused operations and relationship management professional with 10+ years of experience leading teams, recruiting and training staff, resolving customer concerns, and delivering exceptional service in fast-paced environments. I’ve built strong relationships through high-volume communications, discretion in escalations, and consistent, guest-first problem solving.

In premium, hospitality, and club settings, I’ve managed daily operations, coordinated vendors and partners, and strengthened customer satisfaction through targeted service initiatives. As a Food & Beverage Manager, I led, coached, and developed a team while improving guest satisfaction and strengthening brand loyalty—especially by turning escalated concerns into positive outcomes and retention.

Alongside operations, I bring a talent and community lens: I’ve handled recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations, and I’ve supported event coordination and member engagement.
