I’m looking to lead marketing, sales, and business development where I can combine people leadership, process excellence, and data/AI-driven insights to grow clients globally. I value integrity, innovation, and execution-focused teams.

I’m a Chairman’s award-winning marketing, sales, and business development professional, known for “analytical intelligence, exceptional insights, innovation,” and integrity-driven leadership. I consistently turn detailed planning, resourcing, and execution into measurable client and business wins.

As Managing Director (Feb’20–Present), I lead merchant exporting and startup consulting across marketing, business growth, and business development. I also co-lead a technological agricultural production partnership with Dutch Mushroom Projects (DMP) in development on industrial land leased from the West Bengal Government.

Earlier roles strengthened my end-to-end commercial and digital capability: I led integrated marketing and digital strategy globally, improved marketing automation and email marketing, and supported sales operations through streamlined, automated content creation. I’ve driven customer experience work including global Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys across USA, Europe, and Asia, and built stronger employer branding and internal communications.

Throughout my career, I’ve coached teams and managed cross-location delivery—training and managing over 200 advisors, aligning process, analytics, and communication to service-level outcomes. I’m also actively hands-on with AI research/prompts and data analytics using tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Perplexity Pro to support smarter decisions and content production.
