I am a Sociology and Anthropology graduate with hands-on experience in operations, customer service, and small-business management. I have coordinated daily activities, managed resources and staff scheduling, and implemented quality-control standards that improved service delivery.

In roles from operations operator to manager and most recently in customer service & operations at a logistics company, I have handled inquiries across channels, used tools like Zendesk and Slack, coordinated dispatches, and maintained accurate production and shipment records. I bring research and analytical skills, strong interpersonal communication, and practical Microsoft Office proficiency.

I am self-motivated and effective in remote environments, skilled in time management and virtual collaboration, and I seek opportunities in HR, marketing, operations, coordination, or customer service where I can contribute to process improvements and team performance.
