I am a resourceful operations professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience in customer service, delivery logistics, sales, and user support, focused on delivering seamless user experiences and solving user pain points.

As Operations Manager at a food delivery platform, I led a ₦1k campaign that onboarded 2,000+ users, collaborated with technical and marketing teams to streamline user experience, and used customer feedback to reduce churn.
