What I'm looking for

I'm looking to coordinate evaluation, research, data-governance or digital-transformation work that improves public services and supports equitable outcomes.

I've coordinated monitoring, evaluation and data-governance work for Family Planning Australia, including statewide NSW and Pacific sexual and reproductive health programs. I designed the SEARCH evaluation framework and developed monitoring and evaluation plans for Fiji, Samoa, Tuvalu and Solomon Islands.

Across the NSW Ministry of Health, NSW Environment Protection Authority, Revenue NSW and Service NSW, I've strengthened reporting, business rules, project workflows and portfolio oversight. I've built SharePoint resources, live dashboards and automated workflows, while preparing briefs and reporting for executive decision-making.

My work also spans organisational improvement, diversity and inclusion, digital recruitment and talent development through Deloitte, King & Wood Mallesons and the NSW Public Service Commission. I bring a collaborative, equity-focused approach to working with government, clinical, community, international and executive stakeholders.
