At JLL on the Salesforce account, I delivered a mail and shipping operations improvement project, redesigning delivery workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and service reliability.
I also designed and implemented a new document management structure, then handed it over to internal teams. I built AI-assisted automated reporting tools that replaced manual processes and improved reporting accuracy and turnaround.
