I've delivered digital transformation across Victoria's education system, City of Melbourne Council, Australian National University, and State Grid Corporation. I bridge stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to turn business requirements into practical system solutions.

At City of Melbourne Council, I worked with Deloitte on a cloud-based Salesforce Digital Permits System, translating 140+ requirements into user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria. I redesigned eight workflows to reduce labour by 25%, onboarded 200+ internal and 8,000+ external users, and supported UAT, releases, data migration, and transition to BAU support.

In Victoria's Education System, I documented 85 requirements, coordinated UAT, developed process flows and gap analysis, and used Power BI and Salesforce data to support senior management decisions. Earlier, I led a cross-functional team of 19 IT professionals on a $1.3M project, achieving 70% cost savings and a 30% reduction in project timelines.
