I seek an operations or hospitality role where I can scale systems, support franchise growth, and improve customer experience in a collaborative, growth-oriented team.

I am an operations-focused hospitality professional with entrepreneurial experience launching and scaling food brands and ventures. I blend hands-on operations, franchise management, and cross-functional coordination to deliver seamless customer experiences.

At NINO Foods I worked in the Founder’s Office supporting operations, marketing, and finance while leading expansion and location strategy across Mumbai and Pune. I served as the end-to-end point of contact for franchisees, managing P&L queries, marketing solutions, and conflict resolution.

I launched and operated multiple ventures including a roadside food stall and Goodsheets.in, handling business planning, supplier management, marketing campaigns, and order fulfillment to generate early traction. I also gained hotel operations experience as an industrial trainee across core departments at ITC Grand Central.

I am adaptable, service-oriented, and motivated by travel and cultural experiences; I aim to apply my operational expertise to build efficient systems and impactful travel or hospitality products.
