I’m looking to lead execution-heavy operations where I can own unit economics and KPIs, build SOPs from scratch, and improve inventory, procurement, and customer experience using data-backed systems and cross-functional leadership.

I’m an Operations & Business Leader with 5+ years of experience building and scaling execution-heavy businesses across retail and startup environments. I’ve owned unit-level P&L drivers—revenue growth, cost optimization, inventory efficiency, and team productivity—while translating on-ground challenges into structured, data-backed operational systems. I’m especially strong at building SOPs from scratch, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving consistent execution through KPI ownership and performance reporting.

In my recent role as Founding Operations Lead / NPD Lead, I spearheaded end-to-end brand operations from product development to market launch, architecting operational infrastructure from ground zero. At Bili Hu Coffees, I improved supply chain performance to sustain 98% on-time delivery, cut operational costs by 15%, and grew D2C e-commerce revenue 50% YoY through pricing, listings/SEO, and targeted campaigns.
