What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my founder-led experience in strategy, operations, financial management, and growth to build scalable businesses, strengthen operating systems, and solve complex execution challenges.

I built and scaled YESCUBE Hospitality & Business Synergies from inception, creating three consumer-facing brands across two operating locations and completing a business exit at more than three times the initial investment.

I owned strategy, P&L, cash flow, unit economics, pricing, procurement, vendor negotiations, and customer acquisition. By strengthening financial controls and redesigning pricing and acquisition strategy around channel economics, I improved EBITDA by approximately 6.8× and increased cash-flow resilience.

I also built Google Sheets MIS dashboards, connected SOPs, approval workflows, and a lightweight WhatsApp customer-growth system. These operating systems helped a 10-person team execute through manager-led workflows, reduced wastage to less than 0.2% of turnover, and reduced founder dependency.
