On my current contractor projects, I’m conducting user research and creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for PwC’s PowerPoint add-in and Link4Campus. I’m also testing designs with users and delivering assets to development teams as they work toward adding AI chat interfaces.
At Sparq, I supported Schreiber Foods projects by researching user needs, developing prototypes, and supporting AI models; the label-preparation work reduced preparation time by 16% and increased print runs by 36%. Across projects including Tec de Monterrey’s education ecosystem and Telcel’s electronic quote platform, I’ve worked on design systems, accessibility, and user journeys.
