At Valtech, I designed digital products for clients including Volaris, Mazda and Profuturo. For Volaris, I designed the web and app experience for an end-to-end flight-purchase MVP, from search through booking management, which shipped to production in three months.
At Grupo Salinas (UPAX), I designed Iris, a conversational AI assistant in the employee app, including its conversation flows, guided actions and escalation to human support. I also designed Banco Azteca’s credit-origination flow and led research across Banco Azteca, Elektra and ShoppingBaz.
I use AI-assisted tools to explore and prototype ideas, and create documented design systems in Figma and Storybook. My work spans research, high-fidelity UI, accessibility and developer handoff, with close collaboration across Product, Engineering and QA.
