I’m looking to lead 0→1 to scaling AI/data products with high autonomy—shipping evidence-linked experiences, partnering with RevOps/GTМ, and using analytics to maximize retention, growth, and enterprise adoption.

I’m a product leader with 10+ years building and scaling AI/ML-driven B2B & B2C SaaS, data platforms, and API-first products across North America, Europe, and APAC. I specialize in contract/advisory/outcome-based roles where I ship measurable outcomes with minimal ramp-up time, using analytics-led decision-making to drive revenue growth and digital transformation.

In my current role, I owned end-to-end strategy and execution of an AI-powered renewals platform, launched to ~50 agencies with $1.8M ACV and $3.5M pipeline—driving retention by aligning RevOps, product marketing, and go-to-market teams. I built RAG-based enrichment using embeddings, semantic search, and classification with confidence scores and evidence, then defined an LLM eval framework (precision, recall, AUC-ROC, and LLM-as-judge) to move from generic answers to evidence-linked reasoning.

I’ve also led major data and customer experience product transformations, including orchestrating a Domo to Amazon QuickSight migration for 600B+ data assets (saving $1.5M annually) and launching beta data streaming to enable clickstream/behavioral analytics with usage-based pricing. I enjoy leading cross-functional teams through 0→1 launches, pre-sales enablement, POC-to-production pipelines, and experimentation—always translating user needs into scalable systems like agentic AI architectures, observability-driven data pipelines, and clear product roadmaps.
