I’m a Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner with ~9 years in IT across IoT, e-commerce, and web/mobile development, and I turn requirements into shipped, measurable value. I’m certified as a Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I/A) and a Kanban practitioner, with a data-driven mindset and hands-on experience in Amplitude and Qlik.
In my recent role, I designed and operated a multi-agent AI system for an internal marketing hub, shipping Slack-triggered AI workflows for content intake, classification, correction, and approval using semantic search and Vercel/Supabase/Inngest. Previously, as Senior Product Owner / Business Analyst for the Halo smart dog collar and halocollar.com, I led backlog, roadmap, and release planning, integrated a new returns & warranty-replacement system (WooCommerce, AfterShip, ERP/NetSuite), and improved the purchase flow, subscription management, and onboarding to lift conversion, reduce churn, and increase retention. I also established a voice-of-customer process (Zendesk, App Store, Google Play) and drove its adoption by migrating it into Productboard.
