I’m looking for a Client Success/Account Management role where I can lead stakeholder communication, manage escalations, and build scalable service delivery systems—using data-driven reporting, process optimization, and cross-functional leadership to improve client outcomes.

I’m a client-facing operations professional who scaled from individual contributor to team lead across four consecutive high-stakes deployments in under a year—managing teams of 5 to 9 and portfolios of up to 106 client digital properties.
