I’m looking for a role where I can support operations with accurate admin and customer service, handle collections and follow-ups, and use tools like Excel and Monday.com to deliver quality work in a team that values details.

I’m a detail-oriented Virtual and Admin Assistant with a strong track record of delivering accurate, timely support across admin operations, customer service, and collections. I bring a proactive “can do” attitude and a continuous-improvement mindset to every task I own.

In my recent role, I researched and contacted construction crews and suppliers, prepared and submitted key permit information, and supported document workflows by uploading materials and updating ledgers. I also generate estimates and quotes, post jobs across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Craigslist, monitor relevant groups, and maintain reliable application/tool updates for operational continuity.

Before that, I built extensive collections and customer support experience through inbound and outbound work, including payment allocation, answering customer inquiries for collections, loss and recovery, and retention, and appointment setting.
