I’m looking for a customer-focused virtual assistant role where I can support back-office operations, manage collections follow-up, and improve processes through quality and precision in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

I’m a driven, resourceful virtual assistant with 15+ years of experience assisting high-achieving executives and keeping workstreams running with well-organized precision. I’m known for handling high-volume workloads in rapidly changing environments while staying focused on quality and accuracy.

In my most recent role, I monitored homeowner payment accounts and outstanding balances, contacted homeowners for overdue payments via phone, email, and text, and negotiated payment arrangements. I also processed and recorded payments through various channels, maintained accurate collection notes and account histories, and assisted with payment portal registration and payment-related inquiries.

I bring strong customer service and follow-up skills, responding to questions about balances, payment options, and account status, clearly explaining company policies and procedures, and escalating complex issues to management when needed. I also coordinate with title companies, lenders, and other third parties, send payment reminders and collection notices, and maintain professional communication records and activity logs.
