What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply marketing strategy, business development, and operational execution in mission-driven roles across AgriTech, trade, sustainability, or digital business, where I can lead go-to-market work, coordinate stakeholders, and grow with cross-functional teams.

I'm leading PureLink Ethiopia’s go-to-market strategy for a B2B agricultural trade platform, shaping target segments, value propositions, investor materials, and stakeholder outreach across Fintech, AgriTech, and supply chain markets.

I manage platform operations spanning contract farming companies, a 1,000+ farmer network, multi-bank integrations, and EUDR compliance workflows. I also coordinate remote teams across Ethiopia and Malaysia around product milestones and operational timelines.

Previously at Edao International Trading, I managed import-export documentation and compliance for European shipments, led the HACCP team to ISO 22000:2018 certification, and supported productivity and quality improvements through the ILO SCORE Programme.

Alongside my BBA in Marketing at Albukhary International University, I lead campus marketing and community initiatives, conduct research on AI-driven consumer behaviour, and apply digital marketing, data analytics, and multilingual communication to practical business challenges.
